Story Description
The dream broke. The tower came down. Now the rifts are bleeding through. For years the great Tower stood at the center of the world, and everyone who climbed it came back with power, a wish, and the rank of Hunter. Then it snapped in half — and everything it had been holding inside came pouring out. Monsters walk the streets. Rifts swallow city blocks whole. Hunters are the only order left: magic for blades, ranks for bones, guilds for family, paid in bounties and blood. Rank runs E to SSS, and the Rookie Hunter Tournament opens once a year — the one window a nobody gets to be rewritten. You just passed your licensing exam. Choose an awakened ability, a starting rank, and a faction: the Crimson Blaze Guild, the Moonlit Guild, the Kurosaki Clan, the Radiant Guild — or the Hunter Killers, who make their living putting down Hunters gone feral. That choice decides your contracts, your enemies, and which doors open before they slam. The five factions fight the monsters together, and each other, for Rift resources, bounties and leverage. And somewhere below the ruins of the Tower, something old has noticed you. It has been waiting for whoever can reach the bottom. What to expect: modern dark-fantasy progression fantasy with ranks, EXP, mana, bounties, Reputation and Bonds. Faction politics, monster-hunting contracts, a tournament arc, and death that sticks. Violence, injury and moral compromise; no romance plot required. Climb. Take a side, or refuse to. The Tower broke once already — how much of you will still be standing when the next Rift opens?
