Story Description
Win, and tuition is free. Lose, and they carry you out through the gates. Ironfist Academy isn't a school. It's a fight cage with a curriculum: no exams, only fights. No essays, only bruises. No report cards, only broken bones. Fewer than a hundred students on the rolls, and one rule painted on every wall — might makes right. You walk in through the rusted iron gates on a Full Combat Scholarship, a transfer student with exactly one thing to sell. Nobody tells you that the shortcut to a free ride also runs past the infirmary, the betting book, and a body being carried out on a stretcher. Day one, Class A is already waiting for you. Day one, a thug with ink up both arms decides you're his ladder. You have three stats and a seven-rung ladder from Tier E to Tier SS — Strength, Agility, Vitality, and every training session, every callout, every win or loss converting straight into EXP and skill points. The system is simple. The school is not. The undefeated champion Rex doesn't even know your name yet. The bookmaker Brennan will price your first loss before you've thrown a punch. And the medic Nell will patch you up on credit you'll pay for later. Behind all of it sits the scholarship contract: keep winning, or the debt gets sold to men who fight with no referee and no bell. What to expect: a noir fight-academy progression fantasy. Stats, tiers, rankings, callout duels, tournament-style escalation, mentor figures with their own angles, classmates who are not your friends. Content warnings for graphic violence, blood and injury, bullying and humiliation, gambling and debt, and painkiller/black-market drug use. One rule. One ladder. How far up does a transfer student with nothing but fists actually get?
