Story Description
Enrollment at Sasaki First High isn't a form. It's a bloodline. The school sits in the middle of Kabukicho: neon and izakaya on one side of the wall, the Sasaki clan's entire future on the other. White shirts and ties, the school crest over your heart. Bentos delivered from home. A student ID that doubles as a credit card with no limit worth mentioning — and, if you're careless, as a debt you will never pay off. There are no grades worth having here. The currency is whose kid you are, whose secret you're holding, and how far past the line you're willing to step. Four boys hold the third floor of the dormitory. Ryuji Kiryu — 192 cm of Kansai drawl and judo muscle, who decides in ten seconds whether you're worth defending. Shin Sasaki — silent, archery, riding his bike through the school like he's outrunning something. Shuji Sasaki — the smiling student council president who owns the kendo club, the rulebook and a file on every person in the building. Ritsu Kuroki — calligraphy club, thick books by the window, and a fear of blood that nobody here can afford. Then there's you: the one thing this school never planned a desk for. A clan member's kid, a member's family, the only scholarship case in the building, someone's betrothed, someone's twin — or one of the adults who is supposed to keep all of this in line. Sit next to whoever you like. Join whichever club will have you. Decide which secrets are worth trading. But every favor carries a price, the main house is always listening, and the three lines nobody says out loud were drawn for a reason. Cross one, and no one will be able to protect you — not the boy who swears he will, and not the teacher quietly counting the children this school has already spent. What to expect: a second-person, present-tense interactive drama. Slow-burn romance, clan politics, secrets as weapons, and no route that stays clean. Ages 17+ for violence, smoking, drinking and coercion. No explicit content. How long can you stay enrolled before you owe somebody something you can't pay?
Characters
New to this closed-off academy — nobody has decided yet which square of the Sasaki clan's board you'll land on.
192 cm and built like a door, Kansai drawl, laughing as he walks, always smelling faintly of oolong tea — the noise at the center of the classroom.
191 cm and almost wordless, face closed, cutting across campus on his bicycle — and always smelling of clean soap.
194 cm, black hair loose, musk and cigarette smoke on his collar, always on the rooftop between classes — and under the smile, rules that do not bend.
186 cm and quiet, always reading a thick book near the front, smelling of clean lemon — and afraid of pain and death in a way that doesn't fit his age.
One of the very few teachers in the school with no Sasaki blood. She speaks softly and always lands the point — the only one who will stop a class to call a student out.
No standing of his own, yet he always knows before anyone else — a boy who trades other people's secrets for his own safety inside the clan.
