Who provides OCDrama
OCDrama is an AI-assisted interactive story service provided by the OCDrama team under the Mimos AI developer identity. Website: https://ocdrama.com. Privacy and support contact: support@ocdrama.com.
Account and device information
We process your account identifier, email address, optional display name and profile image, sign-in provider information, account status and session information. Email/password and Google sign-in are supported. Authentication credentials and session tokens are used to secure access. Session and service records may include IP address, user agent, device/app information and timestamps. The mobile app keeps its session token in platform secure storage. Interface and story-language preferences are used to personalize the service.
Player input and saved stories
We store your playthroughs, selected actions, typed dialogue, setup choices, memories, generated story text, chapters and related game state to continue your stories and sync them with your account. Relevant story context and your input are sent to RunningHub or the configured AI service to generate the next response. These services may use their own subprocessors. Avoid entering sensitive personal information about yourself or other people. AI output can be inaccurate or inappropriate and is not professional advice.
Payments and subscriptions
Apple, Google Play and Stripe process purchases through their payment interfaces; we do not receive your complete payment-card number or security code. RevenueCat receives our internal account identifier, app/device information and purchase/subscription history to validate purchases, restore access, support analytics and notify our server. We store transaction references, products, prices/currency, payment status, subscription periods, payment-event payloads, credit grants, spending and refund outcomes to deliver purchases, prevent duplicates and resolve disputes.
Reports and support
When you report AI content in the app, we store the description you provide, your account identifier, story/playthrough identifiers, receipt identifier, status and timestamp. The report is available to our team for investigation and abuse prevention. Support emails contain the information you choose to send. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens or full payment details.
Why we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, provide and save interactive stories, process and restore purchases, synchronize credits, provide support, investigate harmful content, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain reliability and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, the basis is performing the service contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with law, or consent when required.
Service providers and disclosures
Cloudflare provides hosting, databases, storage, service logs and transactional email. AI providers process generation inputs and story context. RevenueCat, Apple, Google Play and Stripe process purchase-related information. Google processes Google sign-in information when you choose it. Google Analytics 4 is used on the website to measure page usage and device/session interactions; it is not intended to receive player story text or payment credentials. Providers may process data outside your country under their applicable terms. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or in a business transfer subject to applicable privacy safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and local storage
The website uses session cookies and similar storage for authentication and preferences. Website analytics may use cookies or device/session identifiers. You can manage browser cookies and applicable device permissions; blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in. Mobile purchases and secure session storage continue to operate through their respective services.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and playthrough data while needed to provide the account and saved stories. Account deletion removes sign-in sessions and account-linked preferences and attempts to purge saved playthrough content. Technical cleanup failures may require additional work, and deletion is not a promise of instantaneous removal from every system. Published creator stories may remain without the deleted account association. Payment, transaction, security and content-report records may be retained where needed for accounting, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, safety investigations or legal obligations. Provider records, including RevenueCat records, may require a separate erasure process. Contact support@ocdrama.com to request assistance with retained or provider-held data. Store subscription cancellation is separate from account deletion.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion, and exercise other rights available under your local law, by contacting support@ocdrama.com from your account email. We verify identity before releasing data or making changes and explain any retention exception. You can stop using AI features, change language preferences, or delete your account in Me. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. You may contact your competent data-protection authority where applicable.
Security and age
Requests to our service use HTTPS, and mobile session credentials use platform secure storage. We limit access to operational data, but no system can guarantee absolute security. OCDrama is intended for users aged 13 or older and is not directed to children under 13. A higher minimum age may apply under local law. If you believe a child below the applicable minimum age has provided personal information, contact support@ocdrama.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
